There is a special kind of power that comes with being able to craft your own demo - or confidently speak the language of software and production when collaborating with others.This two-hour workshop will provide a quick and practical guide through the lifecycle of music production, from writing and arrangement to recording, mixing, and mastering. Learn how to do DIY recordings whether you're working from home or a studio. Sharpen your ear for detail in practical activities as you explore when to balance levels, apply EQ, and introduce effects to elevate your track. Attendees should bring a computer, or other personal electronic device, to aid them in the practical activities of this workshop. This session will equip you with the insight and technical fluency to take greater control.
